Hello, I have been utilizing your services from PFM Automotive for several years now and would like to pay special thanks to the Zionsville, IN service team.
I, myself operate a service company in the greater Indianapolis area that has several commercial vehicles. The type of service that my company provides requires vehicles that are mounted with special equipment. With all commercial vehicles they require maintenance along with general service.
With your team at PFM my down time has been conveniently minimized to virtually not having any down time at all. Your service includes picking up and delivering my vehicles after normal business hours and on Saturdays.
If needed my technicians can swing by your shop and count on the service to be expedited. I can not say enough about your turn around time and with the vehicles we utilize the turn around time is essential to me servicing my customers.

I wish to relate a recent experience which made me grateful for my [AAA] Club Membership.
At about 4:30 Friday evening Sept 18, I was driving on the bypass around Indianapolis. My car developed a problem and when traffic stopped, my car stopped running and wouldn’t restart.
I called AAA and got a Michigan operator who did her best to get a tow truck and a repair facility to tow it to before admitting to me that her territory didn’t quite reach Indianapolis. She then transferred me to an operator for Indiana Triple A who found a towing service and a repair facility still open that evening.
The repair facility was PFM Truck Care Center. Night service manager Kevin Smith and his mechanic Mike Dyer did their best to repair the car so I could get back on the road. When that became impossible, Mr. Smith went beyond his normal duties by helping m make rental car arrangements to get back home. He also dispatched Herb Frye to take me to the rental place and back to get my things. Mr. Smith stayed after closing hours so that my things could be transferred to my rental car.
I owe a debt of gratitude to PFM Truck Care Center owned by Mr. John Neely for helping me in my hour of need.
I am thankful to AAA Motor Club for their competent phone operators and the people who select the towing companies and repair facilities like PFM to be part of the AAA Motor Club family.
