The Information We Collect
This notice applies to all information collected or submitted on the PFM Automotive website. On some pages, you can make requests, register to receive service reminders, or schedule appointments. For example, if you wish to schedule an appointment, you will need to submit identifying information about the vehicle you wish to have serviced. In this circumstance, the types of vehicle information collected are: the vehicle’s year, make, model, unit number and/or (VIN) vehicle identification number.
How We Use Information
We use the information you provide about yourself and/or your vehicle only as a means to provide the type of service you are requesting. We do not share this information with outside parties.
We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties.
At certain points where personal information is collected on our site, there may be a box where you may indicate you would like to be on a list to receive service reminders and/or updates on our current promotions and services. Information you submit on our website will not be used for this purpose unless you fill out the registration form or mark the box indicating you wish to do so. At any time, you may add or remove your name from our mailing list by contacting us at mail@pfmautomotive.com.
We use non-identifying and aggregate information to better design our website to meet the needs of our customers. For example, we may tell our designer that X number of individuals visited a certain area on our website, or that Y number of individuals and Z number of fleet managers filled out our registration form, but we would not disclose anything that could be used to identify those individuals.
Finally, we never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above without also providing you an opportunity to opt-out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses.

Protecting the privacy of the very young is especially important. For that reason, we never collect or maintain information at our website from those we actually know are under 13, and no part of our website is structured to attract anyone under 13.
