PFM Preventive Maintenance Tracking and Scheduling
When you sign up for PFM FleetTrac PFM will collect specific vehicle information such as the year, make, model, and drive train, along with the operational history, mileage, VIN, and unit number.  Based on the PM schedule in place, all information is logged into our database and updated each time your vehicle is serviced.  The PM scheduling department will contact you regarding scheduled maintenance to assist you in avoiding costly mechanical repairs.  Upon your requests, vehicle repair cost analysis can be generated to help maintain budget parameters.

A standard benefit of the PFM service package is to provide a courtesy inspection of all vital operating components.  Each PM sheet will provide a report of vehicle condition and any follow-up items that need to be scheduled for that vehicle. 

PFM Budget Programs
With this program a budget is set up to average out a fleet’s annual expense. This helps to stabilize your monthly expense and keep your monthly budget under control. You no longer have to sign up for an expensive full maintenance lease to get your monthly expenses under control.

PFM Data Tracking for Repairs and Invoicing
PFM uses the state of the art RO Writer shop management system that archives invoices and vehicle data. This is a very useful tool for us to use in consulting with you regarding your fleet and allows us to make informed recommendations to you.

Fleet Management Company Partners
PFM has partnered with and is a preferred vendor with most of the major fleet management companies including PH&H, GE Capitol, ARI Fleet Services, Donlin, Enterprise Fleet Services and many more. If yours is not listed just ask, chances are that we are already partnered with your fleet management company. If we currently are not partnered your with fleet management company, in most cases we will be happy to set up a relationship with them.

National Tire Purchasing Accounts
PFM is authorized to do direct billing of tires for our customers that have set up national purchase accounts with Goodyear.

Third Party Billing
PFM works with most fleet management companies and is a preferred vendor for many of the companies. We do direct third party billing to most of these companies as well. Consult with our Service Advisor to see if your management company has been approved for Third Party Billing.

PFM Commercial Account
PFM offers a Commercial Courtesy Charge Account for quailed customers. This account is design to avoid having to pay for the vehicle when it is picked up. The terms of this account is Net 10 Days. Retail and individuals are not eligible for this account.
